We understand that sometimes travel plans change unexpectedly. To provide our guests with flexibility and peace of mind, we are offering a 10% charge cancellation offer for all bookings made directly with us.

Here are the terms and conditions of the offer:

1. The 10% charge cancellation offer applies to bookings made directly with us, and not through any third-party booking platform.

2. The offer is valid for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are not eligible for the offer.

3. The 10% cancellation fee applies only to the accommodation charges.

4. Cleaning Fee and Security Deposits are 100% Refundable.

5. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

6. If a guest cancels their booking in accordance with the terms and conditions of this offer, we will refund them the applicable amount within 7 working days.

7. This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
